1. Are your products good for people with allergies?

Our products are all natural. However, we encourage all of our customers to test the product on a small spot before delving deep into our smooth and relaxing products.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges.

Unfortunately, we do not do returns or exchanges.

3. What should I do if my product (s) are shipped damaged.

​

We are for our customers, and if your product is received damaged please take a picture of the entire product and email your concerns to michelene@tess-essentials.org.

4. Do you have gift cards available for purchase?

At this time we do not have gift cards available.
